Plot
Introduction/Conflict:
King Hamlet has died in the middle of the night. No one has any suspicions on the death Of King Hamlet. Until 2 Guards supposedly saw a ghost that looks exactly like King Hamlet! Hamlets Uncle, Claudius has taken over the role as King, and marries Gertrude, Hamlets mother.
Rising Action
Hamlet meets up with the "Ghost" and is informed that it wasn't a natural death, but that he had been murdered. Not by anyone but from Claudius, Hamlets Uncle. He decides he must avenge his fathers death and sets off on a mission to find out if the Ghost gave accurate information. To do so, Hamlet acts as a "Mad man", so he may watch his Uncle closely.
Climax
Hamlets is joined by players, who have been sent to the kingdom by Claudius to cheer Hamlet up. Hamlet gives the players a new play to act called "The Mouse Trap". With this plan the actors will reenact King Hamlets death. As the "poison" is poured down "King Hamlets" ear, King Claudius becomes very nervous and suspects Hamlet knows, ordering them to stop the play.
Falling Action
The Play ends in Hamlet in a duel with Laertes. Hamlet strikes and Gertrude drinks for his victory. But the drink is poisoned by Claudius, which is meant for Hamlet. Gertrude dies. Laertes rigged the match and stabs Hamlet exposing poison to hamlets internal. Hamlet Stabs Laertes back, Laertes moments before his death tells all who's to blame, the King. Hamlet finally gets revenge for his father and kills Claudius. Had been exposed by the poison Hamlet starts to die.
Conclusion
Hamlet as he's dying tells Horatio to carry on his story. Just then Fortinbras marches into the kingdom only to find everyone dead. Fortinbras then takes over Denmark.
